Refund policy

At Barkley, we stand behind the quality of our pet gear and ensure every product meets strict quality and safety standards. Because of the nature of pet products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final once shipped.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand 100% behind our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, we will fix it immediately at zero extra cost to you.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@barkley-pets.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) or video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item

Once verified by our team, we will promptly ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Before Processing: If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us at support@barkley-pets.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment center, we will gladly modify or cancel it for a full refund.

  • After Processing/Shipping: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for a change of mind.

3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product safety and hygiene standards for all pets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse

  • Accidentally selecting the wrong color, size, or style

  • Products damaged due to normal wear and tear or improper use by pets

4. Refund Processing Time (For Approved Claims)

If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 4 to 8 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
